Who am I?
I've spent 20+ years working with leadership teams across the US, UK, and Asia Pacific — first as an entrepreneur scaling my own businesses, then as an Expert EOS Implementer® helping others scale theirs. I wrote The 90-Day Leadership Field Manual because I kept seeing the same gap: talented people promoted into leadership and left to figure it out alone. The Field Ready Program is how we close that gap at scale.
